Safeguard Safes offers several shipping and delivery options.

COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY SERVICE AUST WIDE

Prior arrangement can be organised with our full custom delivery and installation by speaking to our safes expert safe engineers team on 1300 764 971. We will deliver your safe to your site and offload it, then safely and securely manoeuvre it into your desired area. This is done by our licensed technicians who have the knowledge, skill and experience to professionally install your safe as per the manufacturers and insurance companies recommendations and standards. We will then check that it is operating to its maximum security level  to give your safe optimum protection.

DELIVERY AND OFFLOADING TO YOUR DOOR – TAILGATE LOADERS:

This option has the safe tail-lifted of the truck and delivered to the outside of the front of your door. This is based on no stairs or steps or others and standard ground level access,and it is important to note at this point any damages or loss becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the clients responsibility to move the safe into the premises and manoeuvre the safe into it’s final position and professionally install it as per the manufacturers and insurance companies recommendations and standards. It is also the clients responsibility to then check that it is operating to its maximum security level to give your safe the optimum protection. The client must have the capabilities and equipment to safely and securely move the safe so it is very important that you are aware and mindful of the weight and size of the safe.

The client authorises the safe to be left at the delivery point as a return delivery will attract the same initial delivery costs.

DELIVERY TO LOCATION ONLY SERVICE:

It is the clients full responsibility for unloading the safe off the truck so it is very important that the client is fully aware and mindful of the weight and size of the safe and to make sure they have the capabilities to lift the safe of the truck. It is important to note at this point any damages or loss becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser. You must be able to manoeuvre the unit safely and securely into its final position and make sure its professionally installed (as per manufacturers and insurance companies recommendations) and check that its operating to it maximum security level to give your safe optimal protection. ‘

PICK UP FROM FREIGHT TRANSPORT DEPOT:

The client is responsible for collecting the safe from the nearest freight depot location selected. It is important as at pick up depot any damages or loss becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser. Transport freight costs can alter and final charges will be finalised at point of check out sale. It is the obligation of the client to be aware and mindful of the weight and size of the safe, and to make sure they have the capabilities to pick up the unit and safely and securely transport the safe back to its final destination. Finally, manoeuvre it in to its final position, and professionally install it as per manufacturers and insurance companies recommendations, and make sure it is operating to it maximum security level to give your safe optimal protection.

PICK UP DIRECTLY FROM ONE OF OUR WAREHOUSE OUTLETS – AUST WIDE:

This options allows the client to pick up the safe directly from one of our warehouse outlets (Australia wide) when prior arrangements have been made and agreed on in writing. It is the obligation of the client to be aware and mindful of the weight and size of the safe to make sure they have the capabilities to pick up the safe and safely and securely transport it back to its final destination manoeuvre it in to its final place professionally install it as per the manufacturers recommendations and make sure it is operating to its maximum security level.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES:

Our Delivery Cost Estimator will calculate the charge to deliver the safe to your post code area taking in consideration of the safes weight and dimensions, it also allows the associated costs where the safe requires pick up from the freight depot as a result of the safe being forwarded to the depot from one of our warehouse outlets. Transport freight costs can alter and final charges will be finalised at the point of sale.

OUR RETURNS POLICY:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

It is the obligation of the purchaser when selecting a safe to be aware and mindful of the items weight, measurements and specification details. It is important that the purchaser thoroughly assess in detail the safe selected prior to including it to the shopping cart and completing the sales order.

Safeguard Safes reserve right to make a decision on whether to accept a return for a replacement item of equal or greater cost only. The purchaser is liable for any further freight costs. It is important to take note the purchaser is required to alert Safeguard Safes in writing within 24 hours of receiving the safe to be eligible for a return exchange consideration.

If the purchaser finds a defect or fault with the safe you are required to notify Safeguard in writing within 48 hours of taking possession of item. Contact Us. We will inspect the problem and if your item if found to be defective/faulty the item will be replaced with the exact same item.

Goods must be returned in its original box with all associated accessories and product to be undamaged, and a proof of purchase receipt must be provided.

If the wrong product is received Safeguard Safes must receive notification in writing within 24 hours, the said product must remain intact and unused in its original box with all accessories and no damage. It will be arranged to be collected and at the same time the correct product will be dropped off if stock is available.

Safeguard Safes reserves the right to charge a 20% handling and re-stocking fee at our discretion for goods returned or incorrectly ordered by the customer.

Items damaged or lost becomes the liability of the purchaser once goods have left our premises. We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of the goods is late or any loss, theft or damage to the items after they have left our warehouse. Shortages or damages must be notified within 48 hours in writing of receiving items so as we may assist in pursuing the issue. Safeguard Safes transports and freights by the safest and secured methods but takes no responsibility for any damage or loss once good leave our premises. This liability becomes that of the purchasers.
